Prepare this tea as a latte with steamed milk and add a little bourbon or amaretto for a decadent, nutty accent.
Directions
Iced 16oz cup: 3 tsp tea in about 10 oz water. Steep for 5 or more minutes. Pour and strain over ice. (if you do sugar, add it while you're in the brew stage. it dissolves easier) Cold Brew: add 1 ounce of tea per gallon of water in a large pitcher. put pitcher in your fridge. To make your tea, put a strainer over a glass of ice. Pour and Enjoy! Hot: steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 ounces of water. brew 5 minutes or longer. Pour and strain.
