Pumpkin Spice Chai Cold Brew Tea Latte with Vanilla Cold Foam

This Pumpkin Spice Chai Cold Brew Latte combines the warm flavors of Yum Cha Pumpkin Spice and Uber Spice Chai loose leaf teas, cold and creamy with sweet vanilla cold foam.

Cold-brewing the tea creates a lightly sweet, satisfying drink while preserving the delicious pumpkin spice and warming chai notes.

Ingredients

For the Cold Brew Tea:

  • 1 tbsp Yum Cha Pumpkin Spice loose-leaf tea
  • 1 tbsp Yum Cha Uber Spice Chai loose leaf tea
  • 8 oz cold water
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • Ice
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or simple syrup, optional

For the Vanilla Cold Foam:

  • ¼ cup cold heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp sweetened condensed milk, optional

Instructions

Add the Pumpkin Spice Chai and Uber Spice Chai loose-leaf teas to a tea infuser, reusable tea filter, or cold-brew tea pitcher. Place the tea in 8 oz of cold water and refrigerate for 8–12 hours.

Remove the loose-leaf tea and discard. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold-brewed tea. Add the milk and maple syrup or simple syrup, if desired, and stir.

For the vanilla cold foam, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, and sweetened condensed milk in a small jar or bowl. Froth until thick and creamy but still pourable.

Pour or spoon the vanilla cold foam over the latte and finish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin spice.

Quick Tip

For a stronger, more concentrated chai flavor, use 12–16 oz of water with the same amount of tea and let it cold brew overnight.

You can make a larger batch ahead of time and keep it refrigerated, making it easy to pour yourself a pumpkin spice chai latte whenever you're craving one.
