  • Why You'll Love it

This tea is designed to be something you reach for often. Not just to help get to bed but for flavor. The perfect night tea. The tartness of the Roselle Hibiscus is balanced softly by the lavender, chamomile and ginger. It’s not too heavy on the passion flower and lemon balm so it’s a great tea to help wind down. The red color of the hibiscus is met with the strong yellow color of the safflowers, making this a ruby red, almost orange color tea. Beautiful to look at and tastes great hot or iced.

  • Why it's Good for You

The combination of herbs in this tea are designed to help relax your mood. To help you wind down from the days stress and anxiety. Sometimes falling asleep is difficult because our mind races with our thoughts and failures. Make this a part of your daily wind down routine. 30 minutes before bed, turn off your tv and plug in your phone to charge for the next day without it near you. Snuggle up, sip some tea and maybe read a few pages of that book you’ve been meaning to get to.

No one thing will “cure” stress, anxiety, and sleeplessness (at least without major side effects). Tea designed to be a part of your nightly wind down routine will help you train yourself to be a better sleeper. Lack of sleep is one of the main contributors to anxiety and stress.

The listed ingredients are below so we encourage you to look up their separate properties as they are too many to list in the description.

None of the above is backed by the FDA nor is it intended to diagnose or treat any illnesses.

  • Tea Cocktail Recommendations

We do not recommend making alcoholic cocktails from herbs that help you sleep.

For a non-alcoholic ChaFresca, make your tea as directed below. You can let it steep longer for a more concentrated brew. Add a bit of the tea to a glass. Add some blackberries and a leaf or two of sage and muddle. Fill the glass ¾ full and top with soda water. If you’re having this at night before bed as part of your routing, don’t add sugar. That will just keep you up. If you’re having it mid-day as a relaxing beverage, add a bit of honey or lemon lime soda in place of soda water.

  • Ingredients

Roselle Hibiscus, Passion Flower, Chamomile, Lavender, Ginger, Lemon Balm, Safflower

  • Directions

Iced 16oz cup: 3 tsp tea steeped for 5 minutes in about 8 to 10 ounces of water. This concentrates the tea a bit so your beverage isn't watered down. Fill glass with ice, pour and strain brewed tea into your glass. Enjoy! Hot: 1 tsp per 8 ounces of water steeped for 3 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
