
We are lucky enough to be friends with some first generation immigrants from India. Each family has blessed us with their Chai recipes. While this is not an exact copy of what they do, we took what we believe to be the best parts of all and made some of our own. With their blessing, we bring it to you. The large broken spices bring a bonanza of flavor to your cup. We use a few types of cardamom, ginger, black pepper, cloves, anise and the best cut black tea we could find. This tea is best brewed with honey and poured over hot milk. A requirement is that it has to be HOT HOT HOT! (That was a request from one of our friends on how to drink it)
