We're want to keep our looks, but more so we want to stay around to see our grand kids and great grand kids. To do that we have to do all we can to keep the aging process at bay any way we can. That means moderation in eating, exercise, staying hydrated and as stress free as we can get. We took as many super foods we could find and packed them into one drink, providing the max antioxidant benefits available while still tasting fantastic.
Ingredients: pai mu tan white tea, sencha green tea, pomegranate, goji berries, blueberries, lemongrass, pineapple cubes, mango cubes, pineapple flakes , mango flakes, orange slices, freeze-dried tangerine-orange pieces, safflower, marigold blossoms, freeze-dried strawberry slices, butterfly pea flowers
Directions: Iced 16oz cup: 3 tsp tea steeped for 2 minutes in about 8 to 10 ounces of water. This concentrates the tea a bit so your beverage isn't watered down. Fill glass with ice, pour and strain brewed tea into your glass. Enjoy! Hot: 1 tsp per 8 ounces of water steeped for 2 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
Couldn't be happier with these teas. Great instructions for how each one should be brewed. I only wish the sample packets included a recommended pot size.
