We blended the rich flavor of elderberry with blackberry, blueberry, hibiscus and papaya for an herbal tea that is as lovely iced as it is hot. If you want to make it boozy just add a bit of prosecco to make a quick sangria.

What is Elderberry?

There hasn't been enough research on this topic so most healthcare providers are reluctant to recommend it. Check with your doctor before taking any supplements white pregnant or breastfeeding.
