This Organic French lavender is very bright blue in color. Full of pollen and a very smooth flavor. If you've ever had an English lavender, you will know that these tend to be a bit more harsh on the pallet so they're better used to make lavender soap. This French lavender is very flavorful and lovely on its own, however it is great mixed with our Vanilla Black Tea or in our special earl grey blend called Florida Grey. This earl grey features our lavender tea with butterfly pea flower to make a teal blue color when milk is added to make a london fog.
