Elderberry tea, made with a variety of other berries and turned into a non alcoholic, healthy tea.
Why you'll love it
On warm summer days we recommend preparing an intense, strong infusion, letting it cool and then serving it as iced tea with sparkling or red wine, maybe decorated with a mint leaf. For this intense flavor we have left out the apple pieces and focused on papaya cubes. Strength and richness are contributed by fruity, sour hibiscus blossoms and different air-dried and freeze-dried berries. The addition of elderberries also make this tea great for a sore throat.
