Springtime Peach Lemonade Sangria

This Springtime Peach Lemonade Sangria blends the juicy sweetness of Yum Cha Georgia Peach with the tart, citrus notes of Sawgrass Lemonade for a light, effervescent cocktail.

Ingredients

1 cup Yum Cha Georgia Peach Herbal Tea, brewed double-strength and chilled

1 cup Yum Cha Sawgrass Lemonade Herbal Tea, brewed double-strength and chilled

1 bottle Moscato wine, chilled

1/4 cup elderflower liqueur

1 cup peach-flavored sparkling water

Sliced peaches and grapes for garnish

Brew and Chill

Brew both herbal teas using double the tea leaves for a concentrated flavor. Strain the tea. Feel free to leave it unsweet since the Moscato and liqueur are sweetened. Let the tea cool completely. 

Combine

In a large pitcher, stir together the chilled teas, Moscato, and elderflower liqueur.

Infuse

Add the sliced peaches and grapes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.

Add Bubbles

Just before serving, top with the peach sparkling water to maintain the fizz.

Serve

Pour over ice into wine glasses and ensure each glass gets a few pieces of fruit.
