Why loose-leaf?

Bigger leaf = better control. You’ll get clearer flavor, more aroma, and the ability to tweak dose, temperature, and time for your ideal cup. Also, loose leaf tea is much more nutrient-dense than tea bags.

FAQs

Is loose-leaf “healthier” than tea bags?
Flavor and control are consistent when using loose-leaf. You’re also guaranteed more beneficial compounds in each cup (like antioxidants and polyphenols) due to the leaves being larger and more intact. Choose a style you’ll drink consistently and enjoy.

How late can I drink tea?
If you’re sensitive to caffeine, limit green/black to earlier in the day and switch to herbal at night.

Can I cold-brew loose-leaf?
Yes—use 1 tbsp tea per 12 oz cold water, steep 6–8 hours in the fridge, strain, and serve.
